A tree planting action dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the glorious victory was held in the capital
On the eve of” November 8 - Victory Day“, a tree planting action dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the glorious victory was organized in the garden at the intersection of Mammad Araz Street and Mullah Juma streets in Narimanov District of the capital with the joint Organization of Baku City executive power and” Regional Development " Public Union. The action was attended by the leadership, employees and employees of structural units of the ICRC, as well as volunteers of the ICRC. The participants cleared the territory of the action from useless waste and planted 500 new trees in accordance with the soil and climatic conditions of the Absheron Peninsula. The tree planting action is a continuation of the work done in Baku to plant drought-resistant plants, trees and shrubs suitable for the local climate, as well as to restore the ecological balance in the capital and beautify the territory. It should be noted that irrigation issues have been resolved to provide care for planted trees in the future, and respondents have been identified. During the season, it is planned to continue the work on greening the city of Baku, caring for greenery and landscaping.
