A tree planting action was held on the side of the road in Pirallahi settlement of the capital with the organization of Baku City Executive Power.
It was noted that in the capital, drought-resistant plants, trees and shrubs suitable for the local climate are being planted in Baku as a contribution to the work on increasing green areas, restoring the ecological balance and protecting the environment.
Within the framework of the action held today, eldar pines were planted, which were selected by employees of executive bodies in accordance with climatic conditions.
According to the report, the action is held in all districts of Baku, and during the season, measures related to planting new trees, shrubs and flowers, caring for greenery and landscaping will be continued in the capital.
