Another large-scale cleaning was carried out in the capital
Large-scale cleaning works were carried out in the capital by Baku City executive power on Saturday, may 17, in order to further increase the level of sanitary cleaning of Baku City in connection with the summer season and to provide care for existing greenery.
The Baku City Executive Power carried out washing of the main streets and avenues of communal services with detergents harmless to plants and living beings, and during the cleaning work 551 streets were washed, including intra-quarter and intermediate roads. Employees of the service carried out washing of avenues and streets, sidewalks, curbs and light poles, roadside railings, seats in parks and recreation areas, and cleaning works were carried out in courtyards and residential quarters. Showcases of public catering, trade and other facilities have been cleaned, and order has been created around them.
The employees of the Baku City Greening Farm Association washed the trees on the sides of the main highways and avenues, softened the bottom of them, provided agrotechnical care for trees and green areas, and provided natural fertilizers. At the same time, colorful flowers were planted and compositions of flowers of different colors were created to please the residents of the city and guests of our capital.
All the necessary measures to maintain the sanitary cleanliness of the capital and protect the greenery will be continued throughout the year.
