Another tree planting action was held in the capital
On the occasion of the 101st anniversary of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, a tree planting action was organized in the area along Mammad Araz and Ashig Molla Juma streets in the Narimanov District of the capital with the joint Organization of Baku City executive power and “Regional Development” Public Union. The action was attended by the administration of the mayor's office employees and employees of structural units, volunteers of the RCC.
The participants cleared the territory of the action from useless waste and planted 1000 trees in accordance with the soil and climatic conditions of the Absheron Peninsula.
The tree planting action is another contribution to the work of protecting the environment and preventing climate change in connection with the threat of global climate changes and water shortages. Planting of drought-resistant plants, trees and shrubs suitable for the local climate in Baku, as well as restoration of ecological balance in the capital and beautification of the territory is a continuation of the work done.
It should be noted that irrigation issues were resolved and respondents were identified for future care of planted trees.
During the year, it is planned to continue the work on greening the city of Baku, caring for greenery and landscaping.
