Baku hosted a joyous musical performance and breathtaking fireworks.
The third anniversary of the glorious victory of the brave Azerbaijani army over the enemy in the 44-day Patriotic War under the leadership of the distinguished President, victorious Supreme Commander-in-chief Ilham Aliyev is celebrated with great joy. Thanks to the wise and far-sighted policy of the Supreme Commander-in-chief and to the strength of our Army, the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan has been restored. According to the relevant Order of President Ilham Aliyev, November 8 is solemnly celebrated in Azerbaijan as Victory Day.
On the occasion of November 8 - Victory Day, a festive concert with the participation of famous Azerbaijani artists was organized in the seaside National Park in Baku. Central streets, avenues and recreation parks were decorated festively in connection with the third year of the glorious victory in the Patriotic War. In addition tricolor flags of our country hung on the balconies of buildings on avenues and streets. Residents of Baku and guests of our capital gathered on the Seaside Boulevard and greeted the performances of the concert participants with a standing ovation.
At the end of the concert, a grandiose fireworks display was held. The concert program and fireworks caused special enthusiasm and joy of the people gathered on the Boulevard.
