Eldar Azizov on the Future
A comprehensive meeting dedicated to winter preparations took place at the Baku City Executive Power, with the participation of heads from all capital service sectors.
Speaking at the meeting, Head of the Baku City Executive Power Eldar Azizov stated that today we are under the impression of President Ilham Aliyev's recent historic speeches.
He emphasized that the head of state's speeches should not be viewed merely as statements. In essence, these speeches are important historical messages addressed to the future, reflecting the realities of yesterday and today.
"These speeches unequivocally declared that the Karabakh issue was independently resolved by the Azerbaijani people. It vividly demonstrated to the entire world that a state like Azerbaijan pursues a fully independent political course. This is very important from a historical perspective. I am confident that, in terms of scientific depth, these speeches will become the subject of numerous historical and scientific dissertations in the future," Eldar Azizov noted.
During the meeting, current issues related to landscaping and construction work, the operation of public utilities, sanitary and cleanliness conditions, and urban greening in the capital were also discussed.
Additionally, reports were presented by the heads of public utility services on the progress of winter season preparations.
At the end of the meeting, relevant instructions were issued to accelerate ongoing work and complete the assigned tasks on time.
