The event began with the performance of the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and then the memory of our heroic martyrs was commemorated with a minute of silence. “The history of the Patriotic War: Personality Factor” (“history of the Patriotic War"), a joint project of Baku City executive power and the Institute of history, was held at the event. It was noted that this book, which has already been published in 10 languages, as one of the first attempts to summarize the history of the war, covers the stages of the 44-day Patriotic War starting from the first Karabakh War and the restoration and construction of the first post-war years, returning to the liberated lands.
