Memorandum of Understanding signed between Baku and Abu Dhabi
The UAE delegation headed by Mohammad Ali Al-Shorafa, chairman of the Department of municipalities and transport of Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), is on a visit to Baku.
