Opening of the next “Bizim Həyət”took place with Leyla Aliyeva participation

On October 20, within the framework of the project "Bizim Həyət " of IDEA Public Union, aimed at landscaping courtyards in need of repair, was given to the use of residents.

Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of IDEA Public Union Leyla Aliyeva attended the opening of the yard, as well as participated in mass tree planting.

The renovated yard covers multi-storey buildings in Binagadi district, Hamza BabashovStreet 12,13,14,15,16,17,19,20,21 with 3,000 residents.

The main goal of the project ”Bizim həyət " is to make the courtyards ecologically clean and prosperous in the country, restore the greenery that forms the pillar of urban ecology, form a healthy lifestyle, and create safe and comfortable living conditions for residents.

The park is fully accessible for disabled people,also favorable conditions for the development of children of all age groups has been created, a mini football stadium with artificial turf, a chess field, various sports facilities and playgrounds have been built in the area in order to effectively spend the leisure time of young people and create a reflex of systematic sports activity in them.

 At the same time, 4 meeting points , many benches , waste bins, bird nests and cat houses were installed on the territory.

Taking into account the wishes and interests of residents, new lighting poles, surveillance cameras were installed in the yard. Facades and blocks of buildings were completely repaired, asphalt and roofing were updated and the electrical system was reconstructed.

Along with the restoration of the existing greenery on the territory of the yard, 350 trees of different breeds and 3750 shrubs were planted. A green strip was laid on an area of 3000 square meters.

At the same time, “Green barriers” were created by planting 3,050 ordinary stonecrops and other ivy plants around the yard, which grow densely and can effectively reduce air pollution.
