Staff of the capital's orphanages familiarized with the National Museum of Azerbaijani History
The Baku City Executive Authority arranged excursions to the National Museum of Azerbaijani History for residents of the capital's Children's Homes No. 1, 2 and 3 during the summer vacations.
The main purpose of the event - to effectively organize free time of schoolchildren, expand their horizons, improve their knowledge of the ancient history, cultural heritage, national and spiritual values of our people, to introduce children to museum exhibits and exhibitions.
Experienced guides acquainted the children with the museum exposition, various archaeological and ethnographic materials and exhibits reflecting Azerbaijan's past, as well as Haji Zeynalabdin Taghiyev's home museum, and answered their questions. Children left the museum with good impressions.
In coming days, they will get acquainted with the Heydar Aliyev Centre.
