Successful implementation of the communal project continues in the capital

The solid waste collection, transportation and sorting project implemented by Baku City executive power for 6 years is successfully continued. At that time, Narimanov district was defined as a pilot project and work began in this district. The successful implementation of the project allowed Nizami, Nasimi, Yasamal, Khatai, Pirallahi, Surakhani, Binagadi and Sabail districts to join the project in the following years and thus the number of participants reached 9. For the purpose of monitoring the progress of work, the composition and weight of the sorted waste collected in each district are regularly examined, the results are compared with the previous period. The results of regular monitoring by specialists indicate the successful implementation of the project. As a result of the measures taken and propaganda work, the results achieved in the Narimanov district, where the implementation of this project began 6 years ago, can be considered a success. Thus, if in the first months of the implementation of the project the volume of sorted waste was 6-8 tons per day, and then gradually 11-14 tons, now this figure is about 21-23 tons per day. This is, first of all, the experience gained, as well as the result of the correct educational work of volunteers and employees of public utilities among residents. At the same time, residents of Narimanov district have been closely involved in the implementation of this project since the first day. In narimanov district, other districts have also used experience in the success of the project. It should be noted that in order to successfully implement this project, which is of great importance in protecting the environment from pollution, and to further increase the level of services provided to residents of the capital, 164 modern utility vehicles and mechanisms have been purchased for Baku City communal services at the expense of the financial funds allocated by the head of The introduction of new techniques has greatly contributed to the renewal of the existing parking lot of utilities by raising the level of Utilities provided to the population. The successful implementation of the mentioned project serves to keep our city clean, beautify, protect the environment and health, form a new ecological, sanitary culture and achieve economic benefits.
