The snow has been removed from Baku
For several days now, due to the frosty and snowy weather and heavy snowfall in the capital city of Baku, the Executive Authorities of Baku and the capital regions, as well as the communal services of the institutions, have been working in an enhanced mode.
Since yesterday, operative measures have been carried out to clean up the heavy snow. In this regard, at night and in the morning, technical salt was sprinkled on inclined places, streets and avenues with the possibility of landslides by the special equipment of the services, and this work continues throughout the day. Snow removal work is also carried out in the surrounding settlements.
In the morning, employees of Public Utilities carry out preventive cleaning of metro stations, bus stops, pedestrian sidewalks, public catering, education, health and other institutions along the street, sprinkling of technical salt on ice-covered places and other cleaning works.
