The streets of the capital were washed again
Large-scale cleaning works were carried out by the Baku City executive power on Saturday, July 12 in the capital.
Baku City Executive Power carried out washing of the main streets and avenues with detergents harmless to plants and living beings, starting in the morning. During the cleaning work, the inner-quarter and intermediate roads were also washed. In total, 549 streets were washed during the day.
Employees of the utility service carried out washing of avenues and streets, sidewalks, curbs and lampposts, roadside railings, seats in parks and recreation areas, cleaning works were carried out in courtyards and residential quarters. Showcases of public catering, trade and other facilities have been cleaned, and order has been created around them.
The employees of the Baku City Greening Farm Association washed the dust and soil collected on the trees on the sides of the main highways and avenues, softened the bottom of them, provided agrotechnical care for trees and green areas, and provided natural fertilizers. At the same time, colorful flowers were planted and compositions of flowers of different colors were created to please the residents of the city and guests of our capital.
The next inner Subbotnik, covering all districts of the capital, contributed to the further beautification of the city of Baku.
