Victory Park and Victory Museum were handed over by "Pasha Holding" to Baku City executive power

On November 2025, 6, a protocol of agreement was signed between “Pasha Holding” and Baku City executive power. According to the protocol, the Victory Park and the victory Museum, built with the financial support of “Pasha Holding”, were handed over to the Baku City executive power. The document was signed by Chief Executive Officer of”Pasha Holding " Jalal Gasimov and head of Baku City executive power Eldar Azizov. The victory Museum is located on the territory of Victory Park, built in 2024. The construction of both projects aims to perpetuate the historical victory of the Azerbaijani people in 2020 and the memory of our martyrs who gave their lives for the motherland. The total area of Victory Park is 9.16 hectares, and green areas are 4.24 hectares. Within the framework of the project, a 44-meter-high Triumphal Arch, a 9.9-meter-high memorial Monument, as well as an 8.8-meter-high memorial wall with the names of the martyrs were built. AZN 114.5 million was spent on the construction of the park. The building of the victory Museum with a total area of 4278 m2, 8 exhibition halls, an auditorium zone (90.7 m2), etc. with which it will be available to visitors. AZN 59.5 million has been allocated for the construction of the museum. Our historic victory, the complete restoration of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Azerbaijan is of particular importance for us, as well as for the entire Azerbaijani people. Both in our business activities and in social responsibility initiatives, “Pasha Holding” always approaches these topics with attention and sensitivity. "Pasha Holding" has been actively involved in the process of restoration and reconstruction of the liberated territories since 2021. In particular, the Holding has supported a number of important projects aimed at protecting historical, religious and cultural heritage. With the financial support of the company, Ashaghi Govharaga, Yukhari Govharaga, Saatli mosque, Agdam Juma Mosque, Giyasli village mosque were restored. Also, Sugovushan mosque, zangilan mosque, Hadrut mosque and Dashalti mosque have been built in our liberated territories. It should be noted that currently the construction of the mosques of Shusha, Jabrayil and Lachin is underway.
